How to uninstall or remove libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d

Uninstall libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d

Use Purging libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d

If you use with purge options to libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-criterion-dev-0.6.0.1-d
