How to uninstall or remove libghc-cereal-dev-0.3.5.2-8da5 software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-cereal-dev-0.3.5.2-8da5 package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,
