How to uninstall or remove libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71 software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71 package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71

Uninstall libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71

Use Purging libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71

If you use with purge options to libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-base-dev-4.5.0.0-c8e71
