libgflags2 software package provides commandline flags module for C++ (shared library), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgflags2
libgflags2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgflags2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgflags2 *
You will get with libgflags2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
