libgeotranz3.1 software package provides GEOgraphic coordinates TRANslator (runtime library), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeotranz3.1
libgeotranz3.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeotranz3.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeotranz3.1 *
You will get with libgeotranz3.1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
