libgdl-3-dbg software package provides GNOME DevTool libraries - debug files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdl-3-dbg
libgdl-3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdl-3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdl-3-dbg *
You will get with libgdl-3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
