libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby software package provides Transitional package for ruby-gdk-pixbuf2, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby
libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby *
You will get with libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
