libgdict-1.0-6 software package provides GNOME Dictionary base library - runtime, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdict-1.0-6
libgdict-1.0-6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdict-1.0-6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdict-1.0-6 *
