libgcr-3-dev software package provides Library for Crypto UI related task - development, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcr-3-dev
libgcr-3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcr-3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcr-3-dev *
You will get with libgcr-3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
