libgcgi0 software package provides library for CGI programs in C, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcgi0
libgcgi0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcgi0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcgi0 *
You will get with libgcgi0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
