libgcc1-armhf software package provides virtual package provided by libgcc1, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcc1-armhf
libgcc1-armhf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcc1-armhf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcc1-armhf*
You will get with libgcc1-armhf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
