libgarcon-1-0-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for libgarcon, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgarcon-1-0-dbg
libgarcon-1-0-dbg is installed in your system.
