libgambc4-dev software package provides header file and link for the Gambit-C shared library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgambc4-dev
libgambc4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgambc4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgambc4-dev *
You will get with libgambc4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
