libfstrcmp0 software package provides library of fuzzy string comparison functions, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfstrcmp0
libfstrcmp0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfstrcmp0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfstrcmp0 *
You will get with libfstrcmp0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
