libfltk1.3-dbg software package provides Fast Light Toolkit - shared libraries with debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfltk1.3-dbg
libfltk1.3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfltk1.3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfltk1.3-dbg *
You will get with libfltk1.3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
