libfko0-dev software package provides development library and header files for libfko, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfko0-dev
libfko0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfko0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfko0-dev *
You will get with libfko0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
