libfilesystem-ruby software package provides virtual package provided by libfilesystem-ruby1.9.1, libfilesystem-ruby1.8, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfilesystem-ruby
libfilesystem-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfilesystem-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfilesystem-ruby*
You will get with libfilesystem-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
