libfeedtools-ruby-doc software package provides Transitional package for ruby-feedtools-doc, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfeedtools-ruby-doc
