libf2c2-dev software package provides Development libraries for use with f2c, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libf2c2-dev
libf2c2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libf2c2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libf2c2-dev *
You will get with libf2c2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
