libenv-sanctify-perl software package provides Perl module providing lexically scoped environment (%ENV), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenv-sanctify-perl
libenv-sanctify-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenv-sanctify-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenv-sanctify-perl *
You will get with libenv-sanctify-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
