libencode-imaputf7-perl software package provides modification of UTF-7 encoding for IMAP, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libencode-imaputf7-perl
libencode-imaputf7-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libencode-imaputf7-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libencode-imaputf7-perl *
You will get with libencode-imaputf7-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
