libencode-arabic-perl software package provides perl implementation for Arabic encodings, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libencode-arabic-perl
libencode-arabic-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libencode-arabic-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libencode-arabic-perl *
You will get with libencode-arabic-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
