libecm-dev software package provides Factor integers using the Elliptic Curve Method (library), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecm-dev
libecm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecm-dev *
You will get with libecm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
