libdvdread4 software package provides library for reading DVDs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdvdread4
libdvdread4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdvdread4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdvdread4 *
You will get with libdvdread4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
