libdvdnav-dbg software package provides DVD navigation library (debug), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdvdnav-dbg
libdvdnav-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdvdnav-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdvdnav-dbg *
You will get with libdvdnav-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
