libdpm-dev software package provides DPM development libraries and header files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdpm-dev
libdpm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdpm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdpm-dev *
You will get with libdpm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
