libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender software package provides Dist::Zille plugin to prepend lines at the top of your perl files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender
libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender*
You will get with libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender package name, version, architecture and description in a table
