libdebian-copyright-perl software package provides perl module to parse, merge and write Debian copyright files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebian-copyright-perl
libdebian-copyright-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebian-copyright-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebian-copyright-perl *
You will get with libdebian-copyright-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
