libdbd-sqlite3-ruby software package provides Transitional package for ruby-dbd-sqlite3, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-sqlite3-ruby
libdbd-sqlite3-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-sqlite3-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-sqlite3-ruby *
