libdbd-oracle-perl software package provides Perl DBI driver for Oracle, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-oracle-perl
libdbd-oracle-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-oracle-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-oracle-perl *
You will get with libdbd-oracle-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
