libcvector2 software package provides ANSI C implementation of dynamic arrays, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcvector2
libcvector2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcvector2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcvector2 *
You will get with libcvector2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
