libcurses-ruby software package provides virtual package provided by libruby, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcurses-ruby
libcurses-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcurses-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcurses-ruby*
You will get with libcurses-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
