libcurl4-dbg software package provides virtual package provided by libcurl3-dbg, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcurl4-dbg
libcurl4-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcurl4-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcurl4-dbg*
You will get with libcurl4-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
