libcurl-ssl-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libcurl4-nss-dev, libcurl4-gnutls-dev, libcurl4-openssl-dev, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcurl-ssl-dev
libcurl-ssl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcurl-ssl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcurl-ssl-dev*
You will get with libcurl-ssl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
