libcupti-dev software package provides NVIDIA CUDA Profiler Tools Interface development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupti-dev
libcupti-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupti-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupti-dev *
You will get with libcupti-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
