libcupsppdc1-dev software package provides Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - Development files PPD library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupsppdc1-dev
libcupsppdc1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupsppdc1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupsppdc1-dev *
You will get with libcupsppdc1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
