libcupscgi1 software package provides Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - CGI library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupscgi1
libcupscgi1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupscgi1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupscgi1 *
You will get with libcupscgi1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
