libcue-dev software package provides CUE Sheet Parser Library - development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcue-dev
libcue-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcue-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcue-dev *
You will get with libcue-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
