libcsoap1 software package provides shared CSOAP library for SOAP client/server in C, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsoap1
libcsoap1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsoap1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsoap1 *
You will get with libcsoap1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
