libcr-dbg software package provides Libraries to Checkpoint and Restart Linux processes, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcr-dbg
libcr-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcr-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcr-dbg *
You will get with libcr-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
