libconvert-nls-date-format-per software package provides module for converting Oracle NLS_DATE_FORMAT <-> strftime Format Strings, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-nls-date-format-per
libconvert-nls-date-format-per is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-nls-date-format-per package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-nls-date-format-per*
You will get with libconvert-nls-date-format-per package name, version, architecture and description in a table
