libconvert-ascii-armour-perl software package provides module to convert binary into ASCII-armoured messages, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-ascii-armour-perl
libconvert-ascii-armour-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-ascii-armour-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-ascii-armour-perl *
You will get with libconvert-ascii-armour-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
