You can uninstall or removes an installed libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1 package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1

Uninstall libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1
Use Purging libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1

If you use with purge options to libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libconfig-file-ocaml-dev-4o3a1
