libcommons-validator-java software package provides ease and speed development and maintenance of validation rules, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-validator-java
libcommons-validator-java is installed in your system.
