libcommons-fileupload-java software package provides File upload capability to your servlets and web applications, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-fileupload-java
libcommons-fileupload-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcommons-fileupload-java package were installed using the commands given below,
