libclutter-perl software package provides perl bindings for an Open GL based interactive canvas library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-perl
libclutter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-perl *
You will get with libclutter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
