libcgi-application-plugin-forw software package provides plugin to allow one run mode pass control to another, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-forw
libcgi-application-plugin-forw is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-forw package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-forw*
You will get with libcgi-application-plugin-forw package name, version, architecture and description in a table
