libccs3 software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - cluster configuration libraries, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccs3
libccs3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccs3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccs3 *
You will get with libccs3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
