libccs-dev software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - cluster manager development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccs-dev
libccs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccs-dev *
You will get with libccs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
