libcam6 software package provides FreeBSD CAM (Common Access Method) library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcam6
libcam6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcam6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcam6 *
You will get with libcam6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
